4. Buying digital products
Paid products are sold through Gumroad or Payhip, who act as the retailer for your purchase and handle payment. Their checkout terms apply alongside these terms.
Your cancellation rights (consumers): under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For instant digital downloads, by choosing immediate access at checkout you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download begins.
Faulty products: if a product is faulty, not as described, or you can't access it, email us at and we will repair, replace or refund it, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
5. Licence and intellectual property
All content on the Site and in our products is owned by or licensed to Holistic IIUniverse Ltd. Free and paid downloads are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them, or claim them as your own.
6. Affiliate links and third-party sites
Some links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you — these are disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure. Third-party sites and products are outside our control; we're not responsible for their content, availability or your dealings with them.
7. Newsletter
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. We may discontinue the newsletter at any time.
8. Liability
We provide the Site and its free content "as is" and don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost income, productivity or time) arising from use of the Site or free content.
